Our School is situated on Number One Road approximately 17 Kilometres from Morrinsville
and Te Aroha
Opened in 1915 the school has worked hard to gain well deserved respect throughout the
Piako District. The tremendous support by all Springdale School families and its
community have made our school a special place where staff and parents work together to
provide a safe, exciting and innovative learning environment for all children.
The Grounds and surroundings at Springdale School are well established and cared for.
There is ample space for outside activities and recreation. We are very lucky to have the use
of excellent tennis / netball courts and school swimming pool. We are a sun smart school
and have shade sails over the sandpit and outside room 4, creating a shady area for children
to play and work outside. This year an astro turf basketball/netball court has been added.
